 Richard McAndrew has been immersed in the field of law his entire life. His father, a lawyer practicing in Vancouver, Canada. exposed Richard to the legal profession from birth. Growing up, Richard engaged in countless discussions regarding principles of law and justice, political developments and world affairs. As he matured, Richard’s interest in the law developed into a passion for justice.
After graduating at the top of his class from the University of British Columbia, Richard earned his law degree from prestigious Dalhousie University, the oldest law school in North America. He then proceeded to begin his career as an attorney in Vancouver, practicing in a variety of areas including family law, civil litigation, criminal law and commercial transactions.
After practicing in Canada for several years, Richard moved to California, joining his sister and brother-in-law, also attorneys in Los Angeles. Richard quickly realized that he preferred the quieter and more family-orientated communities in the Inland Empire and took a challenging and stimulating position as an associate attorney in a prestigious law firm in Redlands. Throughout his career, Richard represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice litigation, elder abuse, divorce matters, commercial law and criminal defense. Through his extensive experience, Richard honed his craft as an attorney.
Richard met his wife in Redlands and lives in the Inland Empire with his two young daughters. Richard fell in love with this community and he decided to permanently settle and set roots in the Inland Empire. Having had his father’s influence and support throughout, he also decided to pursue his lifelong dream of operating his own practice, helping others in the community he now calls his home.
